know what's inside
Usually, it is common to introduce complementary foods after the 4th to 6th month. But which foods are good for your child? Many baby food jars contain additives and regularly fail the test. So why not cook baby porridge yourself? Your child should only get the best in vitamins and nutrients to grow healthily. It's quick, it's healthy and your child will love the new complementary food.
Freeze baby food
That's fine! Note, however, that any containers you intend to freeze the porridge in are sterile. To do this, wash them well and rinse them with boiling water. Consume the portions as quickly as possible and let the baby food thaw long enough. Do not freeze again afterwards.
